Sopes

Originated in the City of Culiacan, (3) sopes covered with refried beans, shrimp, ranchero chicken or ground beef and topped with crumbled cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

Quesadillas

Choice of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Fish, Vegetable or Chorizo, served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.

Ceviche de Tilapia

Ceviche is made with fresh fish (or shrimp), tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro, small amount of fresh jalapeno for the taste and lime juice. Served as an appetizer with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.

Cocktail de Camarón

A saucy coctel de camarones, the classic Mexican shrimp cocktail with shrimp, hot sauce, pico de gallo, avocado, fresh lime juice, ketchup, clamato juice and our special seasoning ingredients mixed to perfection. Served with saltine crackers.

Aguachile (Shrimp)

Aguachile (12 Camarones en Aguachile), a flavorful Mexican appetizer similar to ceviche, where shrimp is marinated in lime juice with blended chiles and cilantro, giving it a vibrant green color and spicy deliciousness.

Menudo Soup

Served with cilantro, onion, oregano, chile de arbol, fresh lime wedge and corn tortillas.
